Dear Sir,

I recently bought a mobile phone from your shop and the staff told me that it would be rent free for three months. However, after a month I received a bill for the rental. I spoke to your staff on the phone and was told that this must be a mistake. They said they would make sure that the mistake was corrected. Then this week I received another bill for the rental. I also received a letter asking for the rent for the first month and telling me that if this is not paid immediately then the phone line would be cut.

I am very unhappy about this situation and would be grateful if you could let me know as soon as possible what you will do to resolve the matter.

Yours sincerely,
Kevin Peel
