Em uma conversa, depois de pedir desculpas ou dar uma satisfação, o ideal é responder com expressões especificas que serão mostradas nessa lição.

1 . O que você diz quando alguém lhe pede desculpas? Leia as respostas abaixo. Anote as que combinem mais com você.

2 . Ouça a conversa entre Carol e Jeannie. Preste atenção nas frases
que uma delas usa para aceitar as desculpas da outra.

3 . Ouça novamente e marque se as afirmações abaixo são verdadeiras ou falsas.
