2 . Você ouvirá duas pessoas conversarem sobre um compromisso ao qual uma delas faltou. Em seguida, complete o bilhete abaixo.

Dear Bob,

Grammar: had to / should have

Usamos had to + verbo no infinitivo para falar sobre algo que era importante ou necessário de se fazer no passado.
We had to arrive at eight o’clock to check in for the ten o’clock flight.

Usamos should have + verbo no particípio passado para falar sobre algo que era importante de se fazer no passado, mas que não foi feito.
I should have called you, but I forgot. I’m sorry.

Usamos shouldn’t have + verbo no particípio passado para falar sobre algo que não deveria ter sido feito no passado, mas foi feito.
She shouldn’t have made so much noise. She upset the neighbours.

Usamos didn’t have to + verbo no infinitivo para falar sobre algo que não era necessário de se fazer no passado.
You didn’t have to buy so much food. There’s lots of food in the fridge.
